Gemma Dee
Gemma Dee
Gemma Dee is a lawyer admitted to the bar in Alberta and the Philippines. She practises family law, corporate law, civil litigation, real estate, and wills and estates. Before relocating to Canada, Gemma worked as In-House Counsel and Compliance Officer for a corporation in the Philippines, advising on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, contracts, and legal risk. She later completed her articling training in Alberta, where she gained experience across each of her current practice areas.
Gemma understands that legal issues often extend beyond a single area of law. Whether guiding families through separation, helping entrepreneurs build and protect their businesses, assisting clients with real estate transactions, or advising on wills and estate matters, she takes a practical, solutions-oriented approach focused on achieving meaningful results for her clients.
Outside of work, Gemma enjoys playing golf, cooking, and spending time with her dog, Maple. She believes that building meaningful relationships and maintaining balance outside of work allow her to bring empathy, perspective, and a thoughtful approach to every client she serves.
